Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fall of a passenger on a platform by holding the closing state of a fall prevention member when business is operated and facilitate rolling stock inspection and maintenance work by opening the fall prevention member when the works are performed. SOLUTION: A fall prevention member 7 is provided so as to be opened and closed by connecting a mounting frame 16 mounted on a base of the fall prevention member 7 with a rolling stock bottom surface 3 via a hinge 13. On the side of the rolling stock bottom surface opposite to a face surface of the fall prevention member 7, a cramp 21 is provided. The mounting frame 16 is provided with a locking side 15c which is capable of locking the cramp 21 in the closing state of the fall prevention member 7.
