| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module which has a small number parts, an inexpensive and reduced man-hour for assembly, and is easy to be hermetically sealed. SOLUTION: Since a supporting member to support an optical fiber 17 is made of glass ferrule 12, it is possible to directly weld the glass ferrule 12 with a stem 10 by metallizing the glass ferrule 12. Thus, a sleeve 3 for supporting a zirconia ferrule may be eliminated and thus, reduces a man-hour for assembly. It is also possible to hermetically seal a light emitting element 11 with ease at a low cost by fusing the peripheral part 13 of the glass ferrule 12 with the stem 10. |
