SCAFFOLDING STAY FOR EXTERIOR SCAFFOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a scaffolding stay not requiring assembly of bracket scaffold by providing a locking member on a single pipe clamp. SOLUTION: This scaffolding stay is used for providing a stay under a steel frame beam composing the frame of a construction from the exterior scaffold. It is equipped with a stay pipe 1, a crossing clamp 2 for fastening and securing the stay pipe 1 to a vertical steel pipe on the exterior scaffold at the inner end side under the horizontally protruding condition, and a pair of inner and outer single pipe clamps 3 provided on the pipe 1 restrainably at an arbitrary axially movable position. The inner and outer single pipe clamps 3 are provided with a locking member which extends obliquely upward toward both inner and outer ends of a lower end flange of the steel frame beam and is capable of embrasing the lower end flange from the front and rear and from both sides between the upper side of the stay pipe 1.
