Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute heat treatment of a bush by a simultaneous operation by induction-heating the bush from the outside peripheral surface and one pair of end parts of the inside circular surface when the bush rotates and shifts in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A third hydraulic cylinder 84 is driven to move inner and outer cooling rings 76, 82 and a first and a second induction coils 70, 80 upward in the axial direction. In such a case, cooling medium is supplied into the inner and outer cooling rings 76, 82. The outside peripheral surface and one side of the one pair of end parts of the inside circular surface reach austenitic transformation temp. at 1540 deg.F. The second induction coil 80 is impressed with the voltage during the whole period moving in the axial direction. The first induction coil 70 is impressed with the voltage only during moving in the length of the inside circular surface. When the first induction coil 70 passes through the length of the bush 10 by moving the cooling rings 76, 82 in the inside and the outside and the first and the second induction coils 70, 80, the voltage is again applied to the coil 70. After completing the rapid cooling, the third hydraulic cylinder 84 is fully retreated. |
