Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically produce the subject compounds in a good yield by starting the reactional process from aminomalonitrile or aminoacetonitrile and a glyoxal oxime derivative and successively reacting the compounds. SOLUTION: 3-Alkoxy-5-alkylprazin-2-amines represented by formula I (R is a 1-4C alkyl or an aryl; R is a 1-4C alkoxy or an aryloxy) are produced by the following method: Aminomalonitrile represented by formula II is reacted with a glyoxal oxime represented by formula III to provide an oxypyrazinecarbonitrile represented by formula IV, which is then hydrolyzed, subsequently halogenated and further reacted with an alcohol or an alkoxide in the presence of a base to afford a 3-alkoxy-5-alkyl-1-oxypyrazin-2-ylamine. The resultant compound is subsequently reduced with hydrogen, etc., to produce the compounds represented by formula I. |
