Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a required processing load and to restrain a waste material to be produced to the minimum at the time of forming a through hole on a nozzle bracket of a fuel tank. SOLUTION: A nozzle bracket 7 provided on an oil filler port 21 of a filler pipe 2 of a fuel tank is furnished with a cylindrical part 10 fixed on an inner surface of the filler pipe 2, a tapered guide part 11 communicated to the cylindrical part 10 and a nozzle insertion hole 8 formed on the guide part 11 and to be opened and closed by a shutter 9. A plural number of through holes 116 to open in the circumferential direction of the filler pipe 2 are formed on the guide part 11 by cut-rising so as to discharge air and fuel steam in the fuel tank at the time of filling oil.
