ULTRASONIC DEFORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable removal of gas fully from a liquid such as a photographic emulsion, and to prevent a change in quality of the liquid including agglomeration of an additive and erosion of a vessel wall or a pipe wall. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a vibration 7 for providing ultrasonic vibration to a liquid to be defoamed flowing through in the inside of the apparatus in one direction, a liquid sending pipe 14 having a gas separation part where a gas is removed from the liquid to be defoamed, a viscosity information detecting port for providing the viscosity information of the liquid to be defoamed to be sent to the feeding liquid pipe 14, and control means for controlling the output of the vibrator 7 based on the viscosity information from the viscosity information detection part.
