Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to connect many hard disk drives to one host computer and to test these drives, by providing a tester with a control chamber which is separated by a sepn. wall from a high-temp. burn-in chamber and in which many computers for testing are housed. SOLUTION: The burn-in chamber 30 separated from the control chamber 40 by the separating wall 80 provides the environment where the high-temp. reliability tests of the hard disk drives are executed. The burn-in chamber 30 is constructed by connecting and laminating the plural hard disk drives to and on one unit of the computer 50 for testing, by which the simultaneous execution of the efficient tests with an optimum capacity is made possible. The hard disk drives are mounted at jigs 70 arrayed in the bun-in chamber 30. The host computer for generating the control signals of the computers 50 for testing by controlling the internal environment of the burn-in chamber 30 is disposed above the control chamber 40.
