Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of a molded product by using a fabric sheet having stretchability such that the constant load tensile elongation of a fabric becomes a specific range. SOLUTION: A fabric sheet S is unwound from a roll 20 to be suspended while both molds 8, 8 are held to an opened state and the lower end thereof is pinched by a sheet clip 24 to hold the fabric sheet to an up and down stretched state. A parison P is emitted from the lower end of a die head 2 by an injection apparatus. During this period, the molds 8, 8 are raised in temp. according to a predetermined temp. rising curve. Next, the molds are closed and the upper end of the fabric sheet S is horizontally cut by a cutter 30 and the parison P is molded in such a state that the fabric sheet S is bonded to the surface of the parison. The fabric sheet S has stretchability wherein fabric constant load tensile elongation becomes 6-260%. By this constitution, an excellent molded product having a high grade feeling and high transfer properties can be produced in large quantities with high efficiency without increasing a cycle time.
