NC WORKING PROGRAM PREPARING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HORIZONTAL TYPE WORKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the input operation of an NC working program simply and in short time by inserting a table deducing command to a necessary position based on prepared correcting work program data and replacing a coordinate system command with set coordinate systems command data to prepare the NC working program. SOLUTION: Original working program data is prepared by calling registered shape data previously registered by each working face. Then partial processes using the same tool of original working program data at each working surface or each fitting surface are gathered to prepare correcting work program data rearranging original work program data so as to reduce tool replacing operation. Then based on correcting work program data, the table deducing command is inserted into the necessary position and the coordinate system command is replaced with set coordinate system command data to prepare the NC working program. In this device, an original data area 731, a corrected data area 732 and an NC working program area 733 are provided in RAM 73.
