Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide endpieces of a slimmed structure by eliminating the screws for rim locks, simplifying working and assembling and easily preventing the misalignment of rims and the misalignment of V-cuts. SOLUTION: The front surfaces of either of the upper or lower rim lock pieces of the rim lock structure of the endpieces 1 of a spectacle frame formed by sharing and brazing the rim locks and hinges to both right and left ends of a front frame are provided with wraparound endpiece-like walls 2 for concealing the one rim lock piece. The joint surfaces of the upper and lower rim lock pieces are provided with recessed parts and projecting parts 4 for preventing the misalignment of the rim 6 so as to face each other and to be fitted thereto. Hinge screws 5 are then tightened. In addition to the structure described above, metal washers are passed onto the hinge screws 5 and are superposed on the hinge barrels 8 of temples. |
