Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyroelectric type infrared-ray detector with high sensitivity, stability and detecting ability by excluding high-frequency interference. SOLUTION: The detector is provided with a stem 6, a cap 1 where an opening window 11 is formed cylindrically on a ceiling surface, and an infrared-ray filter 2 which is provided in the opening window 11 and selectively transmits only the infrared-ray with prescribed wave length. A pyroelectric element 3 and a substrate 5 on which an electric field effective transistor 52 is mounted are provided on the stem 6. A capacitor 521 is connected between the drain and the source of the electric field effective transistor 52 in parallel.
