SOLUTION: A small pipe track ensuring structure comprises a plurality of small pipe arranging members 30 arranged in the longitudinal direction to position a small pipe based on a large pipe 10 in a section vertical to the longitudinal direction; a pipe fixing member 40 to effect positioning in the longitudinal direction of the small pipes based on a plurality of small pipe arranging members 30 arranged; a central track positioning member 50 to position a coupling spot between the small pipe arranging members 30 at the central part of a track through intercoupling of the small pipe arranging members 30; and inner and outer track positioning members 60 to effect positioning such that the small pipe arranging members 30 are positioned facing each other with the curved track.
