Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a frame unit capable of utilizing the living space of a building multipurposely. SOLUTION: In a building frame unit, a frame forming member is constituted of a plurality of strut bodies 20 to be set vertically and a beam body 21 provided for connecting the span of these strut bodies 20 mutually. The depth width of the frame forming member is set larger than the width of the strut 10 or the like, and when disposed along the outer wall, an inside area C is defined for substantially expanding the interior space of the building. Thus, the inside area C allows kitchen facilitates, a water supply and drainage system and the like to be installed therein.
