Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making processing method of cellulosic fibers having excellent mass productivity in which sufficient fibrillation by giving sufficient crumpling and beating effect in a stage of yarn is performable, effective enzyme treating process hardly inducing lease disorder in the process is performable and a treatment thereafter is also performable, and to provide a processing apparatus for the cellulosic fibers. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a hanger 2 suspending hank yarn 1 of cellulosic fibers provided in a machine body, a swinging mechanism 4 swinging the hank yarn 1 suspended to the hanger 2 to right and left and a beating mechanism 3 beating the hank yarn 1 suspended to the hanger 2 by falling down to the hanger 2, then the beating mechanism 3 is driven together with the swinging mechanism 4 to perform crumpling and beating process on the yarn before knitting or before sewing to fibrillate the yarn.
