Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bonded magnet that if composed of specific ferromagnetic powder and a specific bonding agent, and has an excellent corrosion resistance, control bonding strength, and mechanical strength, and is useful for electric miniature motors, etc. SOLUTION: This bonded magnet comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of ferromagnetic powder composed of transition metals, such as iron, and rare-earth metals, such as neodymium and samarium as main components, and ((B) preferably 1-10 pts.wt. of a bonding agent composed of an epoxy resin as the main component, and a polyurethane resin that contains, as a constitutional unit, one or more aminoquinone groups of formula I (Y is H, a 1-6C alkyl, aralkyl or phenyl; Z1 is a 2-18C alkylene, phenylene, aralkyl, alkarylene, etc.) and/or formula II (Z2 is 1-6C alkyl) in a quantity of 2-50wt.% based on the epoxy resin. |
