Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aq. dispersion which can be dried to be powder and, after baking, exhibits resistance to water and solvents by passing a mixture of a polyol and a polyisocyanate, both of which may be if necessary rendered hydrophilic, through a specified dispersing apparatus. SOLUTION: A polyol component having a glass transition temp. above 30 deg.C and, if necessary, capable of being rendered hydrophilic, a (cyclo)aliph. polyisocyanate component having both an isocyanate group and a blocked isocyanate group and, if necessary, capable of being rendered hydrophilic, and optionally an external emulsifier are mixed together and then passed through a dispersing apparatus incorporating a flash nozzle to prepare an aq. dispersion which can form a powder coating at room temp., has an average particle size of 0.1 to 10μm, can form a film, and can be crosslinked upon being exposed to heat. According to the above constitution, a solvent-free thermosetting lacquer dispersion which can be dried as a powder can be obtd. in a cost-effective manner, and, in particular, a coating having high-quality surface properties can be provided. |
