APPARATUS FOR STICKING GUMMED PAPER TAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure improvement in guiding a paper material cut piece between a support face of a paper material and a brush of a humidifier and improvement in reliability by placing numerous vertical metal wires adjacently in parallel to the support face of the paper material formed by a guide pad. SOLUTION: Following a guide pad 24, a guide pad 25 is fixed to a side support shoulder member at a site immediately downstream a guide pad 26 to form a vertical support face 34 for a paper material 2 to be humidified in a forward position of a brush 32 of a humidifier 10. Numerous metal wires 33 extending downward from the guide pad 24 are adjacently placed in parallel to the support face 34 of the guide pad 25, and a cut piece of the paper material 2 is guided by these metal wires 33 between the support face 34 and the brush 32 of the humidifier 10. Thus guiding of the paper material 2 can be continued in a humidifying region without causing any interference to an operation of the brush 32, thereby preventing the paper material 2 from deforming and being jammed.
