Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in bending rigidity irrespective of high foaming magnification by continuously integrating skin layers having no gap and formed on outermost layers of front and rear surfaces of a molding with a core layer having reinforcing fiber and thermoplastic resin formed in a beam structure. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin foam molding comprises a skin layer 1 having no gap and a core layer 2 having reinforcing fiber 3 having mean fiber length of 1mm or more and thermoplastic resin 4 formed in a beam structure. In this case, the core layer forming the beam structure means a structure that reinforcing fibers given on its surface by thermoplastic resin are entangled complicately, the fibers are fixed by thermoplastic resin near its contact, the fibers are oriented in a thickness direction of the molding as a whole so that gap 5 is formed between the fibers. The layers 1 having no gap and formed on outermost layers of the front and rear surfaces of the molding are continuously integrated with the layer 2 having the fiber and the resin formed in the beam structure. |
