Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum cutting motion by providing a rotational mechanism with a rotating axis using an axis being parallel to a Y-axis as the rotational center and a rotational mechanism with a rotating axis using an axis intersecting at right angles the rotating axis as the rotational center. SOLUTION: When a lumber 5 is cut by rotating only the first rotational axis 20 to the longitudinal direction of the lumber 5 and inclining the blade face 40 of a cutter 4, the rotational cutter 4 for cutting is forwarded in the wood direction by moving a Y-axis moving mechanism to cut the lumber 5. When the lumber 5 is but by rotating only the second rotational axis 30 to the longitudinal direction of the lumber 5 and inclining the blade face 40 of the cutter 4, the rotational cutter 4 for cutting is moved in the wood direction by moving a Z-axis moving mechanism to cut the lumber 5.
