PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily usable massage machine with the large effect of stretching the lumbar vertebra by providing a holder provided on a supporting base and providing an elevating and lowering mechanism for elevating and lowering a user to/from a floor surface to be floated from the floor surface. SOLUTION: In the case of using this massage machine, when the back is placed to the supporting base 3, a body is held to the bed part 7 of the supporting base 3 so as to hold a chest part from underarms by belts 4a and 4b and an air cylinder 11 is moved, a roller 12 is rolled on the lower side cam surface 8a of the cam 8 of the supporting base 3 and the supporting base 3 is turned around a supporting shaft 9. Then, since the supporting base 3 is tilted from a vertical state and the holder 4 is turned upwards, the user B is floated from the floor surface A and the user is not restrained at all on a lower side from the holder 4 in the floated state. Thus, the lumbar vertebra is stretched by gravity, and since the need of depending on the muscular strength of the user is eliminated by the presence of the holder at the time, the use over the long period of time is made possible as well.
