Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer compound capable of providing an unvulcanized rubber mixture with excellent storage stability and improving characteristics such as aging resistance after vulcanization by blending an amidine with a specific zinc mercapto compound as a binder. SOLUTION: This polymer compound comprises (A) a (non)cyclic amidine such as 1,5-diazobicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene and (B) a zinc salt of a mercapto compound of benzothiazole, benzimidazole, benzopyrimidine or benzotriazine and (C) a binder composed of ethylene/propylene rubber, ethylene/vinyl acetate rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene/butadiene rubber, natural rubber, butadiene/ acrylonitrile rubber or butyl rubber in the molecular ratio of the components A to B of (0.25:1) to (2:1), preferably 2:1. The amount of the component C is 90-10wt.%, preferably 30-60wt.% based on the total amounts of the components A, B and C.
