Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify SOF (soluble organic fraction) in a broad temperature area and inhibit the generation of sulfate. SOLUTION: A first catalyst 2 which cracks SOF (soluble organic fraction) and hardly oxidizes SO2 is arranged on the upstream side of an exhaust gas flow path, and a second catalyst 3 which has higher oxidation activity than the first catalyst 2 and can oxide and purify SOF which is cracked to a low molecular weight SOF by the first catalyst 2 is arranged on the downstream side of the exhaust gas flow path. The SOF is easily oxidizable through cracking by the first catalyst 2, and is oxidized/purified by the second catalyst 3. On the other hand, the SO2 is not oxidized by the first catalyst 2 and is hardly oxidizable by the second catalyst 3 as the temperature of the exhaust gas is low. Therefore, the generation of sulfate is inhibited. |
