Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the signal transfer circuit operating at a high speed with small power consumption with respect to the signal transfer circuit that transfers signals between different processing blocks. SOLUTION: A 1st processing block 1 that is connected to 1st power supply lines 10, 13 and includes a tristate circuit 12, having three stages consisting of two voltage states and a highimpedance state, a 2nd processing block 2 that is connected to 2nd power supply lines 20, 23 and includes a latch circuit 71 to latch a signal received externally, without any history by binary logic immediately and a connection means 3 applies AC coupling between the 1st and 2nd processing blocks to transfer a signal, outputted from the 1st processing block to the 2nd processing block are provided.
