Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surge resistance, and to securely prevent the dynamic current, and to downsize a device in a dynamic current-preventing discharge tube by filling a dynamic current stop part with resistant particles made of the conductive material. SOLUTION: In a dynamic current-preventing discharge tube, a surge absorber element 10 is inserted into a half side of a glass tube 2 so as to form a discharge part, and the other half side is formed with a dynamic current stop part, which his filled with resistant particles 1. A slug lead 20 (stud part 21, lead part 22) is inserted into both ends of the glass tube 2. As the resistant particles 1 to be filled in the dynamic current stop part, the particles made of the conductive material such as conductive ceramics or base particles such as ceramics particles, formed with a conductive film in the surface thereof is used. The resistant particles 1 at 0.1-2.0mm of particle diameter is desirable. Desirably, insulating particles at 90% or less is mixed in the resistant particles 1, so as to adjust the resistance value of the dynamic current stop part. |
