PRODUCTION OF LIGHT ACCESSORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the reduction of production costs by moving a form pattern by press-contacting a die onto a thin metallic plate while utilizing the die for which the arbitrary form pattern is engraved with the material of rubber or synthetic resin, performing plating to the metal plate to which the form pattern is moved and afterwards, fitting that metal plate to a decorative main body composed of a light material such as synthetic resin. SOLUTION: The die of rubber to be used is prepared by engraving the form pattern to be applied to a decorative body on raw rubber, heating the raw rubber on which the form pattern is engraved, and pressurizing it. The thin metallic plate is placed on the table of material a little softer than the die, this die is pressed from the upside of this thin metallic plate and the decorative body, on which the form pattern on the die of rubber is engraved, is completed. When performing gold or silver plating to this decorative body, the high-grade decorative body is provided. Such a decorative body is integrally fitted to the decorative main body by any means such as adhering or press-contacting. Since the light material such as synthetic resin or wood suitable for a body accessory, for which lightness in weight is required, is used for the decorative main body so that a hair pin, hair accessory, broach or earing can be provided.
