Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a test without lowering the reliability, by emitting the pulsed light to an optical fiber for amplification, which directly amplifies the light, and introducing the pulsed light after the amplification, to the optical parts, to execute the screening. SOLUTION: A light amplifier 2 comprises an optical fiber for amplification 10, an excitation light source 12, a photocoupler 14, the isolators 161 , 162 , and a filter 18. To execute the screening of the optical parts, the pulsed light obtained by chopping the continuous light from the light source, is emitted to the light amplifier 2. The pulsed light is entered into the optical fiber for amplification 10 through the isolator 161 , and the photocoupler 14. The excited light from the excitation light source 12 is entered into the photocoupler for amplification 10 through a photocoupler 14. The photocoupler for amplification 10 directly amplifies the pulsed light by the induced radiation effect, when the pulsed light is entered therein. And the pulsed light after the amplification, is made to pass through the isolator 162 , the component of excited light is removed by the filter 18, and only the pulsed light is emitted toward the optical parts. |
