Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wearing of an engaging means of a key groove or the like caused by vibration in a neutral condition interrupting transmitting of power. SOLUTION: Continuously to an axial direction end face 70a of a key groove 70 in a synchronizer ring 56, a cut 80 is provided so as to bite in a peripheral direction, and, even when a side wall 70b is worn by collision against a shifting key 52, the shifting key 52 and the synchronizer ring 56 are prevented from biting. In addition, in a neutral condition, regardless of vibration in an axial direction dimension in each part is set so that the synchronizer ring can not be brought into contact with the shifting key, and the shifting key is provided to a pair of the synchronizer rings, separately, and also setting is effective of an arranging position incapable of coming into contact with the synchronizer ring each in an opposite side.
