Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a bumper and a head lamp by which combination accuracy between the bumper and the head lamp can be easily produced and damage of the lamp and a radiator support at light collision time can be prevented. SOLUTION: A bumper stay 14 extending in the vertical direction is installed on a back face of a resinous bumper 1, and a lower end part of this bumper stay 14 is fixed to a front end part of a side member 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of a car body. A vertical standing-up piece 14e having a fitting hole 14h is formed in an upper end part of the bumper stay 14. A first bracket 20 having a boss 21 fitted to the fitting hole 14h from the front so as to be freely inserted and extracted, is arranged in a side part of a head lamp 2, and second and third brackets 22 and 23 fixed to a radiator support 12 and a fender panel 5 are arranged above the head lamp 2.
