Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which can be easily released and satisfies moisture and heat resistance and optical characteristics without foaming or releasing by using acrylic polymer having specific functional group concentration as base polymer in an outermost adhesive layer of one or both side surfaces of an optical film material and providing an adhesive layer having smaller elastic modulus at an inside of the outermost layer. SOLUTION: A superposition layer 3 of an adhesive layer is provided on one or both side surfaces of an optical film material 2, acrylic polymer having a functional group concentration of 5×1/10 mol/g or less as base polymer is used for its outermost adhesive layer 32 and an adhesive layer 31 having smaller elastic modulus is provided at its inside. A protective film 1 is laminated on the material 2, and a separator 4 is laminated underneath the layer 32. The acrylic polymer uses one or more types of acrylic ester and methacrylic ester having a glass transition temperature of -10 deg.C or lower. The adhesive layer is attached, for example, by directly attaching pressure sensitive adhesive liquid in which the adhesive is dissolved in solvent such as toluene or ethyl acetate, and has a thickness of 3 to 500μm.
