MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MOTOR STATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily wind coils across a plurality of divided stator cores and facilitate the effective winding work. SOLUTION: A plurality of hollow coils 18 in which hollow spaces are formed are prepared. 1st and 2nd bent parts 30 and 32 are formed on both the end edge sides of the respective hollow coils 18. The respective hollow coils 18 are made to linearly overlap each other, so as to have the 1st and the 2nd bent parts 30 and 32 inserted into the hollow spaces 16 mutually and to form spaces S between each other. Then, only by inserting a plurality of stator cores 14 into the respective spaces S, can the respective hollows coils 18 be wound across three stator cores 14 respectively.
