BULB FILAMENT SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND BULB WITH SUCH STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper filament supporting structure for supporting plural luminescent portions of a filament in parallel at a relatively low manufacturing cost with less optical effect on light radiated from the filament. SOLUTION: A supporting structure comprises a first supporting part, which is formed with a glass rod 17, a pair of metal columns 18 at both ends of the glass rod and at least one hook 19 at the middle of the glass rod 17, and a second supporting part, which is formed with a second glass rod 20, at least one supporting arm 21 fixed to the glass rod 20 at the proximal and provided with a V-shaped hook at the distal end corresponding to the hook 19 and fixing means at both ends of the second glass rod 20. The second supporting part is fixed to the metal columns 18 of the first supporting part with the fixing means in a condition such that a filament 12 is tense between the hook 19 and the hook of the supporting arm 21.
