PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently develop a display system for simulation and to facilitate a simulation test by providing a specified editor part for editing a programmable controller(PLC) program and a system panel part for simulating the operating state of an equipment and displaying it on a screen. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the editor part 10 and the system panel part 20. The editor part 10 forms a card and a card instruction sentence is constituted of a PLC instruction part, a first copying multiplication value for imparting a different control element number for each card in the case of performing multiplication corresponding to the control element number of the operand, a panel symbol provided with a section number to be imparted in the case that the PLC instruction part is related to the display element of the system panel part 20 and a second copying multiplication value for imparting the different section number for each card in the case of performing copying. The system panel part 20 automatically reads a panel relating file 50 prepared in the editor part 10 and reflects the contents on a display screen.
