Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact developing device by using non magnetic one component toner. SOLUTION: A toner storing container 23 storing toner and a toner supply roller 26 for supplying toner from a supply part 25 of the toner storing container 23 and a toner passage 20 through which the supplied toner passes and a suction fan 28 for attracting the toner and generating toner powder current are mounted in a device. An opening 21 opposite to a photo receptor 5 is formed in the toner passage 20. The toner supplied to the toner passage 20 and frictional charged is attracted by the suction fan 28 and flies toward the photo receptor 5 from the opening 21. The toner sticks on a static latent image on the photo receptor and developed. Unused toner is carried through the toner passage 20 and recovered.
