Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and yields by installing a partition plate not as heat source in itself between a material to be dried and a heat source while the quantity of radiation heat is adjusted in an area divided by the partition plate to improve uniformity within a plane of the dryness of the material to be dried. SOLUTION: Driers from each of which a heater panel 2 is partially cut out are installed at three points and driers with none removed therefrom are installed at two points to perform a drying sequentially at five points for 22sec each in a state where a glass panel 3 is rotated. In this case, the diffusion of radiation heat emitted from a heater element 1 is limited within a specified area divided by a partition part 6. Moreover, as the area divided by the partition plate 6 is made to correspond to the area of the heater element 1 which allows individually applying of a voltage thereto, the voltage to be applied to the heater element 1 is changed to enable individually controlling of drying conditions of a film formed on the glass panel 3 with respect to the area divided by the partition plate 6.
