Noise due to rubbing of a side surface 14a of a toothed belt 14 and the inner surface 13b in the flange part 13 of the pulley 11 for the toothed belt is prevented by preventing the side surface 14a of the toothed belt 14 to engage with the pulley 11 for the toothed belt from making contact with the inner surface 13b of the flange part 13 in this way.
