Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill powder with uniform cleanliness and without executing a degassing treatment by incorporating a prescribed quantity of pre-alloyed powder into a sealable vessel. SOLUTION: A storing vessel 10 for pre-alloyed powder is arranged as a supplying source for the powder through a piping system 12 to a compressive mold 14. The vessel 10, mold 14 and piping system 12 are evacuated with a vacuum pump 16. In such a case, the evacuation of the vessel 10 and the mold 14 is executed in turn or in the same time. The powder quantity carried through the piping system 12 is regulated by working a valve 38 and an amplitude supplying device 40. At the time of filling the powder into the mold 14 to a prescribed level, a level indicating device 42 is removed and its stem part 44 is heated and bent and the mold is mechanically closed. In such a way, the powder is continuously exposed to the vacuum. Therefore, the powder in the mold 14 is uniformized from the upper part to the bottom part. |
