Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alicyclic diisocyanate mixture without by-producing a monoisocyanate compound and a biuret compound by hydrogenating the ring of an aromatic diamino compound and subsequently treating the amino groups of the obtained cyclohexane diamino compound with phosgene. SOLUTION: The ring of a compound of formula I (R is a 8-15C saturated linear aliphatic hydrocarbon residue) is hydrogenated, and the amino groups of the produced compound of formula II are reacted with phosgene to obtain the objective compound of formula III without producing any by-product.
