SOLUTION: After a box-shaped container main body 3 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape of which one surface is opened is filled with a solid treatment agent J for a photosensitive material, the container main body 3 is housed in a bag-shaped flexible cover member 2 and the entire outer peripheral surface containing the opening surface 3A of the container main body 3 is covered with the flexible cover member 2 to be brought to a hermetically sealed state and the flexible cover member 2 coming into contact with the opening surface 3A of the container main body 3 is covered to be brought to a hermetically sealed state and the cover surface of the flexible cover member 2 coming into contact with the opening surface 3A of the container main body 3 is set to an openable surface 2E.
