DOOR TRIM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and facilitate fabrication by bonding a skin material to all surfaces of a pad bonded at an ornament setting position and a door trim base material including the surface of the pad. SOLUTION: A door trim base material 2 which is provided with a roughness part 2b for forming a gather shape at an ornament setting part 2a is formed by hot forming. A pad 3 is bonded to the surface of the ornament setting part 2a of the door trim base material 2 with adhesive. Adhesive is applied to the whole surface of the door trim base material 2 including the pad 3, and a soft leather 4 is bonded by vacuum forming or crimping. Polyvinyl chloride is used for a material of the pad 3. The ornament part 1a of three-layer structure is formed. Therefore, the ornament part 1a of the door trim 1 can be produced in a manufacturing process of the door trim 1. It is thus possible to use only a small number of components except the door trim base material 2 and reduce man-hour for assembly.
