IMAGE INPUT PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input processor which improves operability and can be operated easily in any manner of holding. SOLUTION: Image data picked up by a CCD image-pickup unit 3 are displayed on a display device 10, arranged on a side face 1b at a main body 1 of case. A camera part is attached via a spherical rotary unit 4 with respect to the main body 1 of case so as to be rotated, and to change an image-pickup direction. Further, a shutter 5 for lateral direction is provided on the front face of the main body 1 of a case, and a shutter 6 for longitudinal direction is formed on its lower face. When using this device in a lateral position, the shutter 5 and the rotary unit 4 can be operated with the thumb of a left hand F1 and when using this device in a horizontal position, the rotary unit 4 can be operated by the forefinger of left hand F1, while operating a shutter 6 with the thumb of the left hand F1. Since the device can be operated by one hand, a touch panel 11 on the display device 10 can be operated, while using an input pen 40 with a right hand F2.
