Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave detector with high sensitivity by adopting a structure to reduce a specific impedance to circuit components so as to reduce a frequency conversion loss of a mixer circuit. SOLUTION: A microwave circuit component 12 whose lower face is open is mounted to a detector to cover a metallic film 11 on a printed circuit board 10. Thus, a horn antenna and a cavity are configured. A flip chip mixer diode 31 is mounted on a throat of the horn antenna, that is, in the middle of a front side of a board 30 having projections 30a, 30b at both side ends. The anode and the cathode of the diode are conductive respectively to an anode electrode pattern 32a and a cathode pattern 32b which are formed separately on the front side of the board including the projections through surface mount. The projections are mounted between a boss 12c and a through hole 13 to connect the diode to each circuit. |
