Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical range finder wherein a distance from a to-be- measured object is measured accurately, independent of distance from a measurement position to the to-be-measured object. SOLUTION: A measurement part is provided with a light source 2, a light projection side lens 4, a light projection side mirror 3, a photo-detector 7 a light detection side lens 5, and a light detection side mirror 6. Between the light projection side mirror 3 and the light detection side mirror 6, a motor 11 which rotates the light projection side mirror 3 and the light detection side mirror 6 in one body, an encoder 12 for detecting the rotation angle, and a bearing mechanism 13 for lessening a friction against an external case 8 at rotation are provided. The light detection side mirror 6 comprises a flat plate mirror 9 and a concave mirror 10, while the flat plate mirror 9 is larger than the concave mirror 10 in area. The concave mirror 10 is T-shape, with its thickness becoming larger when going down the T-shape, and is fixed to a reflection surface of the flat plate mirror 9. |
