Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste treating method of improving heat efficiency. SOLUTION: The present waste treating method is adapted such that low calorie waste B in waste A divided to the low calorie waste B and high calorie waste C is supplied to an incinerator 13 for burning and ash produced in the incinerator 13 is supplied to a melting furnace for heating and melting and thereupon combustible fractures E that are obtained by crushing combustible matter in the high calorie waste C is sorted to rough combustible matter F and fine combustible matter G, and the rough combustible matter F is supplied to the incinerator 13 as a secondary fuel and the fine combustible matter G is supplied to a heating burner 22 as a fuel.
