PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler injection device allowing an easy installation work on the through-hole of a filling pipe, and ensuring inexpensive manufacture. SOLUTION: This filler injection device has a filling pipe 2 for filling a filler, and a large-diameter member 2 capped to the vicinity of the forward end of the filling pipe 1, with the forward end engaged therewith, so as to be radially bent and deformed upon exposure to compressed deformation in an axial center direction. Also, the device has a support pipe 3 laid outside the filling pipe 1 so as to be freely movable in an axial center direction and support the base end of the member 2, and a compression deformable seal material 4 laid on the outer surface of the support pipe 3.
