BICYCLE PARKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for parking bicycles at two stages of upper and lower levels, capable of properly maintaining a user's safety, in spite of the fact that the sudden descent of a bicycle in a parked state involves a considerable danger and threatens a user's safety. SOLUTION: A bicycle parking device has two stages of upper and lower levels. A rail 6 for mounting an upper bicycle 2 is arranged on a holding frame 5 fixed at a position above the parking space of a lower bicycle 1 approximately at ground surface 10, so as to be capable of being drawn out. Furthermore, the rail 6 is supported on the holding frame 5 via an expansion buffer 7, and a fixing engagement part 13 is provided on a holding frame 6 at a drawing engagement part formed on the rail 6 across a drawing direction at a position for engagement with the drawing engagement part when the rail 6 is drawn out, so that the rail 6 turns between the ground surface 10 and a drawn-out state in a buffering way.
