Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molding having satisfactory external appearance and incombustibility by forming a surface layer of nonwoven fabric containing cellulose fiber as a main component by using phenol resin or modified phenol resin as impregnating resin. SOLUTION: A resin-containing surface layer for a smooth surface is formed. As fiber material of the layer, nonwoven fabric containing cellulose fiber as main component is used. As the containing resin, phenol resin or modified phenol resin is used. And, resin-containing surface layers 6, 10 for the smooth surface are used as a reinforcing resin layer 8 by glass fiber or reinforcing resin layers 7, 9 by glass mat or glass cloth. As fiber materials of the layers 6, 10, nonwoven fabric containing cellulose fiber as a main component is used. As the containing resin, phenol resin or modified phenol resin is used.
