Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cylindrical valve box valve seat from the upstream of low temperature in the inside of a valve box toward the downstream of high temperature of diameter larger than this upstream, prevent generation of large thermal stress in an outer flange of this valve box valve seat and an inner flange of an inner cylinder connected to this outer flange. SOLUTION: An inner flange 14 of an inner cylinder 13 and an outer flange 15 of a valve box valve seat 6 are fastened to each other in a peripheral direction by a plurality of bolts 31. In a side of the inner/outer flange 14, 15 in this fastened part, a circular arc-shaped cross sectional slide surface 24, 25 is respectively formed, which makes a side of the inner/outer flange 14, 15 mutually slide in accordance with thermal deformation when the valve box valve seat 6 is thermally deformed so as to diametrically spread gradually from the upstream of low temperature toward the downstream of high temperature.
