Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution by dividing an RC structure column as a precast block, and partially assembling high-attenuation rubber, an extremely low-yield point steel tube, or a base isolation block filled with sand inside to form a base isolation column. SOLUTION: Columnar high-attenuation rubber is pinched with the upper and lower steel sheets, or an extremely low-yield point steel tube is used as a base isolation member, or sand is filled in the extremely low-yield point steel tube to mold a base isolation block 7. The base isolation block 7 is located at the center, and the upper and lower connecting blocks 6, 9, floor height adjusting blocks 4, and standard blocks 1 are fitted by engaging projections and recesses and stacked above and below. PC steel rods 3, 3' are inserted and integrated into the through holes of the blocks from the upper and lower ends, and nuts 17, 18 are screwed and fixed to the upper and lower protruded screw end sections of the PC steel rods 3, 3' to form a base isolation column P. The lightweight base isolation column P can be easily assembled in response to various floor heights.
