LONG DISTANCE TRACTION DEVICE OF STEEL WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the sag of a steel wire simply by loading a center hole jack on a truck, installing one end of the steel wire to a reaction force stand and also a weight onto the other end and always applying a tension for the steel wire penetrated the center hole jack by the weight of this weight. SOLUTION: A center hole jack 23 is installed on a truck 2 loaded to a rail 13 and the truck 2 is advanced toward an overage pipe P1 while repeating the holding and releasing of one or plural steel wires 22 by this center hole jack 23. Then, one end of the steel wire 22 is installed to the reaction stand 21 such as the overage pipe P1 and the weight 4 is installed on the other end of the steel wire 22. Always a tension can be applied for the steel wire 22 penetrated the center hole jack 23 by this weight 4 and the bending on the way can be prevented even a long steel wire. Thereby, the generation of such trouble that the truck treads down and catches a sagged steel wire can be prevented and also the operation can be carried out safely.
